Well Dr. Phillips is a great teacher. He knows what he is talking about. He does not insert his political views into class like a lot of these professors do. He will come off strong at the begining, but he isn't bad. My biggest complaint was that he was normally late for class. At the begining of the semester it was 10 mins tops, but at the end it was 30-45 mins and he wouldn't follow the 15 min rule. Granted he had major health problems my semester, so that may have been the issue. You do need to go to class, but can pass if you miss a couple days.
