Western Civ is going to suck no matter who you take. So when I gave him a poor rating I was rating the subject. I haven't heard of anyone saying Western Civ is hard.
Back to Thacker. Well he really knows his stuff. Teaches from straight from memory. 3 tests...all essays. The first two I studied like none other and made an 84 and 81. The final I'm about to take to tommorrow. He makes you do two book reports which is really mandatory extra credit. How you do really depends on how committed you want to be. If you arent self motivated and cant b/s....probably not the class you for.
