Okay, I'm just going to be frank here. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Thacker to anyone. A lot of people don't seem to mind him, but I spent seven weeks in his class and had a serious problem with his "teaching" and method of grading. He goes quite fast, often gets off the subject, and he is a die-hard conservative (aka quite biased). I've had a 4.0 all my life, he gave me C's, and I concluded something was wrong when he admitted that, out of the 42 students in our class, he only gave one an A. He can be funny sometimes, but also quite rude. I strongly advise you to avoid this man.
