Additional Comments |
This course requires actually going to class. If you miss a day in Ms. Abbott's Hist 120, it seems as if you'll never catch up! I began with a one subject notebook for notes in this class and wound up with 2 that were completely overstuffed! (With pages written on front and back in small handwriting...) She speaks extremely quick and you will soon learn the art of concise notetaking in her course!! You will be required to read 3 short books (if you get to all of them) and write 5-7 page essays on each. Her tests are entirely essay form with 7 ID terms and 5 quotes from the reading. (She gives you a study guide with EVERYTHING that will be on the test.) She is an interesting teacher and is always willing to help. I would recommend her to anyone who is willing to put forth a moderate amount of effort.
