Accounting is not an easy subject, but Stacy Wade does a great job teaching it! I highly recommend her! She really takes an interest in the class and sincerely wants everyone to do well in her class. She always checks to make sure that everyone understands before moving to the next concept. She gives review sessions prior to each exam. As far as the course, there are three exams (multiple choice and accounting problems) and a cumulative multiple choice final (the same final exam given to all ACCT 200 students). Four announced quizzes are given (drop the lowest grade), you turn in five homework problems, and there are three group assignments (lowest grade is dropped and they can be completed in class). There is also a cumulative project that really helps pull everything from the class together. She grades it periodically to make sure you're on the right track. As an accounting major, I'm glad I had Stacy as a professor for ACCT 200 and look forward to taking classes with her in the future!
