Dr. Patterson is a good professor. She can sometimes be funny and laughs at her own jokes. Her "lectures" can sometimes be really boring (literally all she does is read from the powerpoint). She posts half of the powerpoints on Blackboard, so in order to get the full powerpoint, you have to come to class. Her tests are pretty easy as long as you study the powerpoints. Make sure you do your homework assignments. They are an easy grade. Overall, Dr. Patterson is not a bad professor, and I would recommend her! She also lets you know that she is always available for you to come and get extra help, and she really wants you to succeed.

Hard at times, but mostly easy. Good professor.

I took this Microbiology lecture online. You are responsible for 15 quizzes, 4 magazine articles, and 5 case studies. She gives you a powerpoint and a study guide for each quiz. If you stay on top of your work and like online courses, you'll love this class. The last quiz has to be taken in a testing center.

Very easy a! dosent make you really do anything had one quiz a week worth 10 points on blackboard. Our final was mandatory but it was a powerpoint over something to do with biology very easy. Attendance was not counted its a good class

The nicest teacher Ive ever had, in fact probably too nice, as it seemed like students took advantage of that. She doesnt care at all about attendance, gives extra credit and alot of second chances. Interesting person, gives very few lectures. Wish I could take her for another class.

Dr. Patterson is wonderful! She is such a nice person and really cares about your success. She is always welling to help and is understanding. The test are so easy and she puts most all the notes for the test on blackboard. I really learned a lot in her class and it is interesting also. You won't dread going to class!

Dr. Patterson is a really nice person, and she is a very clear cut professor. As long as you do what is expected then getting an A should be no problem.
