Online Web Course. This was an EASY A. Just read the book, watch the Tegrity Videos (Print the pages and take notes while watching). Midterm is over the 1st Half of the semester and the Final is over the Second half. All quizzes and homework sheets are taken at Home (timed). Midterm and Final must be taken at DELO testing facility. 100 questions each for Midterm and Final. Study tegrity Notes and she opens your quizzes for you to print out and see what you got wrong and right. Many of the questions for the Exams are directly off the quizzes and homework. You must go and see a piece of Art and write a 500-1000 word paper. Very easy. Dr. Cartwright is very nice I went to main campus and met her after my midterm and she was very nice and friendly. Explains things in her Tegrity Videos so if you have never been exposed to Art you can understand. You must read the book as well as some of the questions are taken directly out of the book. Highly recommend taking Dr. Cartwright either via Web or Classroom. EASY A.

No one loves their job more than Ingrid Cartwright. You can tell by how excited she gets just talking about art. I've had her for 3 classes and you usually have two test for which you will have to memorize about 15 works of art and write a couple of essays. Study guides are issued for both the midterm and final. You'll also have to lead discussion about a couple works of art during the semester, but it's totally mellow and you don't even have to stand up in front of the class. A research paper of about 10 pages is expected at the end of the semester but you can do it over any work mentioned during the course.
Even if you're not a art history major/minor take a cartwright class before you graduate, you will totally enjoy it!

This was an online art history course....that was very difficult by the way. The amount of reading was alot but when you think about it, an online course that doesnt require class time...your going to have to do something...so reading it is.
Anyway regardless if you take Ingrid for an online course or during an actual class setting....SHE IS AWESOME! if you do your work and put effort in the class you will do fine. This was a hard B to earn but definately worth it! Great professor, ive taken her twice and would definately take her again anytime!
