This is an great course. We haven't finished yet so I don't know what grade I'll get, but regardless of that, I have thoroughly enjoyed this class. I recommend it to anyone who wants a better understanding of the Holocaust or better yet a better understanding of the extremes of human nature. Dr. Weinberg is extremely knowledgeable on this subject. The reading we have to do as a supplement to this course is an overkill but its necessary if you want to truly understand the rest of the course. On average I take 5 pages of notes each class meeting, so if you don't like lecture classes, it's not the class for you. The essays are based on the readings so its in your interest to keep up and he grades fairly and will give you a chance to contest a grade. Great teacher, great class.
