This professor is the worst I've ever had. I found him to be quite unintelligible. He stammers a lot during his lectures ("Uh . . . um . . . well, and uh . . . this rope you see here . . . it uh . . . does this."). He also overuses the word "cute" ("I think this demo is . . . cute!"). Professor Burnett also does not seem to sincerely care about his students. I went up him once to ask if he could grant credit for some multiple choice exam questions that backfired, only to be refused and rudely brushed off. Although his lecture drawings and diagrams look quite nice, his lectures are overall difficult to understand. Avoid this guy if you can, he will teach in Winter 2003.
