The first aid taught at this level should be very procedural. Wagner teaches it in a lecture-based format which makes the student disinterested and confused us as a class on what to do at certain times when treating victims. Tests were confusing and his take on the answers were arguable, but he gives credit in those situations. Overall, I gained little or nothing from the course and would not recommend him as an instructor.
