University of Missouri at Columbia / S / Patrick Smith

This was a great class with a great instructor and solid material...except for the fact that there is a term essay on a topic of your choice. Not bad, only 7 pages. I worked 3 days on mine, submitting a "A" quality paper, no question. I completed the requirements, and turned it in. I received an "F" on the essay. -This was much to my surprise and disdain. The comments (from the TA, Ozdgar) referred to how my paper was not written in the correctly.

I aced the midterm and made a "B" on the final. It is SO easy because the instructor GIVES you the actual question(s) that will be on the exam/quizzes earlier that week. -I also completed 6 out of the 7 extra credits. So when my grades came in and I received a "D" I was horrified.

I would love to recommend the class, but cannot because of the terribly unclear instructions when it came to the term essay.
