I would high recommend that you not take this class unless you have an already-solid understanding of calculus. dr. gariepy is not good at explaining the problems and very often gets sidetracked with showing proofs. plus he is as dull and monotone as it gets. no matter your understanding of the subject matter taught in class, the exam will not be what is taught in class.
