Comments
Dr. Piccolo is a wonderful man. Hilarious, fun and engaging. HOWEVER, his grading system is wacked. He has no grading rubric, so he grades on emotion and will subtract 30 pts. from a lab report for not writing one's name on every paper. Consequently, he is not grading you on your understanding of the lab or your lab writing skills but your ability to guess what he wants. Dr. Piccolo claims that he gives detailed instructions regarding lab write-ups, but this is not true. They ARE detailed, but not to the extent that he expects reports to be written. Also, Dr. Piccolo gives a LENGTHY pre-lab lecture, which makes the 4 hour time period dedicated to lab inefficient. I typically stayed at least two hours after lab.
