Sherman is not a very good teacher. The test is very hard I dropped before I took the test but some of the people that did not drop said it was 80 multiple choice and all over a time line you have to email him to get. It is like 15 pages long andeach page is a new timeline and you have to know every date and event on the timeline. I would never take him. The way he does his voice is very irritating.

I chose few/none on notes because you never know what to actually write down. Most of the time he is off on sidetrips that make no sense. Often times he will talk 10 minutes about something that has nothing to do with anything. He is extremley confusing and then you don't really know what to study for on his tests. All I can say is know your book inside and out if you expect to do well on his tests. Be warned he is very liberal and will drill the idea of save the earth down your throat. Despite his teaching style he is really a nice person and a funny guy. I got a better grade in his class than I thought I would have although I didn't earn it on the tests. Go figure.
