I found Mr. Larson to be one of the most engaging teachers I've ever had. His lectures are detailed, interesting, and entertaining. I only wish he taught more classes at LCC so I could attend some new lectures. He may not post grades online, but he will get your tests back to you in one or two classes. Not to mention how lenient he is grading the paper you're required to write. He's travelled to almost all the areas covered in class (I think he said he hasn't been to Iraq). Keep this in mind if you're doing any international travelling, he will have recommendations for places to visit. Overall an excellent teacher and resource.

I gave him a bad rating because he is just too behind the times. Most everything is done on the internet now and he doesn't even take the time to post grades online so students can know what they got on their finals and term papers.
He also has no problem insulting the intelligence of students in his class.
