Andrew Evans is a very great professor. He is always available if you do not understand something. He also goes at a pace where you will not be confused. He also allows for questions so you never feel ling you are drowning in the material. His tests are a little bit challenging, but if you study, they will not be that bad.

Professor Andy's class was very interesting, in a good way! I took his General Biology course and loved it. His lectures are a bit long but very interesting, and while he does tend to go off topic, the subjects discussed were attention grabbing. It is crucial to read the textbook for his class and it is really important to pay attention. The tests are challenging but overall very fair. What was best about the class is how much he knew and how open he was to answering any questions asked, he's pretty cool.

Really wants to make sure students know material so that when they get into the field they don't kill anyone. He is really helpful, may get off subject sometimes, but he still talks about interesting things that you should know about anyways.

I recommend professor Evans. He knows what he is talking about and makes his class fun. He is also very helpful and wants you to pass. Make sure to read the book.

His lecture is Ok and easy to understand.

However, when you take the tests you will be in trouble without study. Tests are very harder than what you expect even you study hard.

I wonld not recommand professor Evans as your Bio professor.

I prefer this class as a summer class as opposed to regular term. Tests are take home tests. Extra credit is available. Great teacher!

Mr. Evans is cool, funny and fun. Plus, he has experience as a Biologists that gives the classroom relevance to what is happening in the world of science and medicine today. He enjoys his job, and creates opportunities for all learning styles to be taught in the lab and class. He has a great sense of humor that makes the class enjoyable. His lab and class require students to put in lots of effort, but it pays off because you get so much more out of the course and feel good about what you learn. Everyone should try to take his course, because he does make it a lot of fun to learn even in the Summer. SO much to learn in a little time, but he made it work. It was really awesome.

General Biology 2 was a very hard class for me, maybe because I didn't take Bio 1 prior to taking this class, but Professor Evans made it easier with his explanations and lectures. He is very knowledgeable and helps students so if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask! He also encourages students to contact him outside of class if they need any help. He is overall a very cool and relaxed professor that can really help you learn a lot of stuff if you pay attention! Good luck and take his class I'd recommend him. The most interesting science teach I've ever had.
