These courses are so bad I would not want any body to have to go thru what I had to they do not care they are lazy If your 5 minutes late they give you a f for the day Yet they keep you late every day say your class ends at 12:00 its usually 3:00 before you ever get out of class. Chef Alen and Chef Patrick are so pety they well make a mount out of a mole hill. out of a class of 15 or 20 it usually 4 or 5 people that end up cleaning the whole lab. while the reat are kissing the Chef's ass. Do not take any culinary arts class here or you well be sorry it's a big waste of time and money
