Elizabethtown Community College / R / Mary Anne Reiss

Ms Reiss was the most difficult teacher I have ever had to deal with in my entire college career thus far. I am actually quite surprised I pulled an A; I don't know how I managed it. I was so frustrated with her by the end of the semester that I just about ruined my research paper, but she allowed us all to correct them. That was her one redeeming quality.

She enjoys goading people and encourages disagreements and debates. She claims to be fair, but will not allow you to write about she happens to disagree with. She was fond of saying she didn't know anything about certain topics and then assuring us that no matter what we said about it, we were wrong. She is quite willing to overlook fallacious arguments that hold no water, though, as long as she agrees with its ideology. So if that's what you're looking for, look her up.
