This is a pretty easy course even if you are not a fantastic writer. If you listen to the directions and do the reading homework you should get a B pretty easy. If you have questions about your paper you can stay after class and she will talk to you about it, offer suggestions, sometimes she will let you redo the assignment, and on many occassions I have known her to raise a person's grade by up to 8 points. I had her for ENG 101,102, and 161. She offers EASY bonus points. Beware, if she thinks several people in the class are not doing the assigned readings she will give a quiz.

This class is nearly a waste of time. It meets once a week and you spend two hours either doing busy work or listening to her read from a book (which you could do yourself). 85% of the work given is never taken up and there is little direction on the way your papers could be better.
