Great professor! I learned a lot and became excited about being able to speak Spanish (however little) while traveling in South America. Native Spanish speaker (bilingual), well-traveled throughout Latin America and Spain. Shares cultural and historical facts as they pertain to the class material. Emphasizes talking ("conversation" is too big a word for a beginners' class) and understanding spoken Spanish. Involves everyone in the classroom. Very fair in testing and grading. If you don't learn anything in this class you weren't there.
