Ms. Averill is an excellent teacher. She is warm

and helpful. She encourages us to come see her

during office hours for individual help. I used that

option a lot, because writing has always been very

'difficult for me.

She is also very organized and clear. I camne from a

remedial class, and I was not good at grammar or

mechanics. She provided individual exercises for me,

and I was able to do better.
