Additional Comments |
I'm afraid i'm not sure about the actual title of this class, but I can tell you about Jim. He wants you to call him by his first name. He doesn't accept any slackers, but if you come to class, take notes, and read the book, you should do fine on the quizzes and tests.
You'll also have to evaluate a work of art for the midterm and final. This I did not think was so hard; there's a little bit of leeway here since some of it is opinion -- as long as you base it all on fact and definitions. He loves it when you document quotes and reference other works of art that are truly similar to what you're evaluating.
Jim's pretty much one of the coolest guys ever. He's a little crazy, but once you get used to him, the class goes great.
