Additional Comments |
Don't get too excited about an easy rating. The amount of work isn't overkill, and most of the "notes" you take are in your book, so I chose to highlight rather than re-write everything most of the time. Languages do come fairly easily to me, but this is not a conversational language, and as such requires more studying because you can't really practice it. Dr. Howell does a wonderful job of teaching the course and makes it entertaining, but like all foreign languages, everything is cumulative. Each test/quiz is a reflection of the current unit and every preceding unit. I enjoyed the class thoroughly but it isn't a breeze. Just ask a dead Hebrew.
