Additional Comments |
If you're just wanting to get through the class with as little effort as possible, then take Green. If you want to learn concepts and practical knowledge, then Wymer is the man for you. He knows who is willing to work and who isn't. Those that don't do work usually fail, because he won't waste time on those who don't want to put forth any effort. That's good for those of us who want to do well in the class because he has more time for us. There is lots of homework. The first few weeks most of the homework is answers from the book. After you get into the programming then the assignments turn into coding assignments. There is a massive group project that can be great fun if you get a good group, but horrible if you get stuck with those who don't care about the class(Just tell him who is doing work, and you'll do fine). There is a comprehensive final, though it is not nearly as difficult as the final project. Great teacher!
