Additional Comments |
John Finch is weird. When I first came to his class I thought he was going to be awful. The class was mostly really boring. We spent most mornings reviewing what we went over the day before. He is also a principal so he talks to the class like we are already his employees. Most of the class had nothing to do with culture, it was more "John Finch's opinion" on this and that. If you don't have some smart people in your class that are willing to talk, he will lecture the whole time and it will be mostly about nothing. He did repeat one really good things over and over which were that it is important to "get to know your students." I already knew that but its something that he will tell you like its a revelation. Also, he thinks that culture is when "one or more people get together" and he has something against homosexuals because he doesn't talk about gay people at all. Could have been a way better class. Actually, I think I could have taught that class better.
