Dr. Schliefer is a very very nice woman outside of class. I really liked talking with her about things. She is a very unorganized teacher though in the classroom. She does mean well, it's just very hard to pay attention sometimes. I managed to get D's on all the tests, and I still made an A in the class. Just do all your work, and work with the other students in the class and you will be fine.
