This is the second course that I have taken from this professor. This class is heavily dependent on participation in class. Even though participation is only 20% of your grade. I have always respected this professor. I still do. However, I will not recommend this course. You are required to write at least a ten-page essay. I had no problem with that requirement. I didn't agree with how long it took her to have us begin this paper. It takes a long time to gather sources, and prepare an outline for such a paper. We had two weeks to write this paper and one week to gather sources. I don't think this professor used our time wisely nor considered our other responsibilities to other courses.
