This course wasn't at all what I was expecting. Whereas one might think this is a course about how different genders communicate, Dr. Sterk was always talking about random things that she wanted to talk about, sometimes having nothing to do with the course. And gender may as well mean women. I wouldn't say she's exactly biased against men, but she may have some underlying prejudices. Also, I think she's getting burnt out on teaching because we seem to do a lot of pointless busy work. Not to mention, we never do anything with the assigned readings, so why bother reading them? All in all, I feel like my time is being wasted in class due to ineffective assignments and random discussions.
