The course is beneficial and provides blackboard discussion interactions which help to enhance the material and topics learned. I learned a great deal about my own personal health, and our instructor does a great job communicating and answering any questions. The format and expectations of the class are well explained through her directions and the blackboard site. It is important to participate in class discussions weekly, to complete the journal entries on time, and to complete the civic project. The class provided valuable learning to enhance my overall health wellness. I would recommend it as a class for others to take.
