Mr. Phelps is a wonderful teacher to have for freshmen seminar. He makes learning the material a lot of fun. You have to write 3-4 papers and you will rarely have homework. You have to take one test on your library skills. It is very diffcult but you can take it as many times as you like. overall, I would recommend taking Mr. Phelps (he is a great teacher).
