Additional Comments |
This lab has more notes than I expected form a lab course, but the dissecetions are neat. He is a fair teacher, and will curve if necessary. He walks you thru the dissections somewhat, but you need to ask questions or you won't know exactly what is what. There are 2 tests, covering each half of the course. They involve identifying parts on the dissections, and then fill in the blank, etc. There are also 10 point quizzes each week. I would highly recommend buying the photographic atlas to accompany this course. It has detailed pictures of most of the critters you will dissect and will help tremendously in identifying the parts. Also, DO NOT miss lab, unless there is an EMERGENCY, it is hard to make up, especially if you have to go to another instructor.
