Additional Comments |
Zoology has the potential to be very difficult, mostly because there is so much information that goes into class. This information can be overwhelming, but Grubbs helps with this. He realizes that this course is required for Bio majors, and realizes that 2/3 of the stuff we learn in this class we'll never have to call upon again. Therefore, Grubbs streamlines his lectures and material, cutting away unnecessary crap that he feels you don't need, and teaches you what you need to know. His lectures are compelling enough to keep you awake, usually, and his tests aren't too extremely difficult as long as you actually put forth effort into studying. If you don't, they can come back to bite you. Otherwise, his class is enjoyable and not too difficult.
