Additional Comments
I think that he doesn't really like to teach, because he let class out early quite a bit (which was annoying only b/c if I knew my 8 am class was only going to last 15 minutes, I would have stayed in bed. . .). If you do the homework problems (and there aren't very many of them, we had 6 total homework assignments and each one had about 5 problems) then you will know the test - he basically uses homework problems but changes the numbers. He also gives you a formula sheet for the test, so you don't have to memorize much, just know how to use the formulas. The homework problems are from the book, and you use some charts in the book, but that's about all I used the book for - he went over in class everything you might need to know for the tests. He also told us exactly what kind of questions were going to be on the tests. I really don't know how anyone didn't do well in this class, since we pretty much knew the whole test ahead of time and were given a formula sheet. All you had to do was look over those types of problems in your notes/homework, and you could go talk to him outside of class if you were confused at all. He let us out early on the days before (and after) the tests, so if you had any questions about what would be on the tests (or what you missed on the tests), you could stick around and ask.
