Additional Comments |
This class is taught by two teachers, Claus Ernst and Barry Brunson. Your homework and the main part of the lessons are all on the computer on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Many of the questions are very hard to follow, you must give an approximate answer and an exact answer to each and explain each problem. Tuesday and Thursday is a lecture. Barry Brunson is very confusing in his teaching style and runs in circles with his explanations. Claus Ernst, I'm sure, would be a very good teacher in a normal lecture. However I would not recommend to take Math 118 that is taught with Mathematica (AT&M) unless you have a VERY STRONG background in Algebra and Trigonometry beforehand
