Additional Comments
Mr. Brown is one of those teachers that walks into class with the mission of trying to make you feel good, however he fails at this miserably. One could easily be reminded of their loving grandfather and thus take to him with a very nice shine, and this is all in good. He is a great person and would make a nice neighbor, however Yale screwed up when they gave him his doctorate. I don't know where he came from before teaching at WKU, but I have a feeling they wanted to get rid of him because of mutiny by the student body due on his part. His lectures will make you laugh and are at times interesting and understandable, but don't get me wrong. The lectures have very little to do with the tests. He uses book questions to make up the three exams he gives throughout the semester and tells you what sections in the book you need to read. Yet, as one might feel they have read the book and understand it, and in cases you may very well understand what the book is talking about, however don't think this will help you on the test because it won't! Just go to class and enjoy his talks because you will need a good laugh when you get your grade.
