Dr. Brown's not a bad teacher...but his lectures are full of useless information (i.e. inappropriate sexual references, life stories).
If you take him, be prepared to entertain yourself during every class or you'll fall asleep.
However, not having a textbook saves you quite a bit of money...so the class is worth it just for that.
