Dr. Abbott is a very effective teacher. She is one of those teachers who makes History actually interesting. Her voice is quite loud, but hey it is better than having a professor who's voice is monotone. Her test are strictly essays. But don't let that scare you because they aren't really hard. You'll stay on her good side as long as you don't walk out of class or argue with her. Because her defense will be it took her 16 years to get her degree and she knows more than you. If you keep this in mind you will do great. However, she does not like slakers.
