i LOVE professor young....she is a great teacher and too bad she isn't going to be here for the next two semesters. she is a caring professor who loves her students. we had fun in her class and what i loved the most was the role plays... she is an excellent role model and i hope i can be just like her as far as being a manager in the healthcare field. she use to be a manager at urgent care before she taught at wku....she is a big UL fan like ME and that will help you out alot..her work was very easy and i can't wait til she returns!!!!

Incredible professor! She truly cares about each of her students. The class is cake, almost too easy. Just be sure to go and you will be fine.

this was class was really helpful. Tracey is really nice and willing to work with you. You might a few roleplaying skits, maybe 2 case studies. Then you have only 2 tests, which she tells you exactly what is going to be on the test. You take very few notes and what are in your notes will definitely be on the tests. No other assignments were given in the class. You did need to attend her classes b/c she will count off if you miss too many times. Other than that she is a wonderful teacher and I highly recommend this course with tracey!!!!!!! oh yeah, and you really don't have to have the book to pass this class!!!

Tracey's class is so great. Unlike many of our HCA classes, you actually learn something that you can take with you after graduation. She is hands down the best teacher that I have had for HCA classes.

Tracey sa she likes to be called is a great teacher! She will go over and over things until you get it and really wants to know her students. If you take good notes then you do just fine is this class and study them. The book doesn't mean anything in this class really because she tells you what you need to know. Even on the tests she will give the first test over if a lot of people do poor on it.

Tracey is a fantastic teacher who is really interested in her students. She takes great interest in making sure we learn the material and is actively helpful. I recommend her for any HCA class she is teaching because her methods are very successful!! :)

Tracey is a wonderful professor. She will make sure you understand the material and is happy to go over things again. Tests are straightforward and very predictable. Great class and great professor.

Tracy will help you in any way possible. She is someone who has been there, and will answer your questions straight up. She does not try to sugar coat it. Make sure you get good partners for the group project!! Great person and a great professor.
