This is a bad instructor don't take his class. He's poor at explaining , listening, and reviewing. He offers an opportunity for extra credit, for those interested, then he makes it difficult for you to understand what your options are. If you do extra credit his scoring system is so bad you may as well no bother, because it won't help your overall grade. He makes you feel as if your at his arrogant disposal and he can do with you what he will.
He won't show you your graded exams, so you have no idea what you missed in order to improve yourself. If you reach out to him he still won't review with you, he'll just tell you your score. He has his mind made up as to what grade your going to get, you have no chance at learning from your mistakes. If you score poorly on one exam you cant get you score back up. It's all about him, so save yourself if your concerned with your GPA.
He's a time waster who's not concerned with teaching, those who want to learn. It's all about a paycheck to him. He say, "90% of my students get a B." Well to me that shows a problem, either the class is to easy or it does not provide opportunity to do better. Well a easy "B" is good for a satisfied student, who hasn't done much, but it's sucks for the student who has worked much harder.
How are you to trust he's crediting you the grade you deserve, if your prejudged? You can't.
He's really, really, really bad!
South Suburban College should get rid of him before they lose students.
