Mr. Angers is a good teacher. However, I have never struggled in a class as much I as I did in his course. He puts PowerPoints up on blackboard as notes to bring to class. He would go over each slide in class, but then on tests he would pull things from the air. His tests were like jigsaw puzzles and you had to learn exactly how he tests which is: study powerpoint notes, do his practice quizzes, read all the chapters (3 chapters per test), listen to his lectures. I really enjoy Mr. Angers as a person, but not as my teacher.
