Mrs. Graham is a great teacher. She works full time as a dietician and knows her stuff. If you listen in class, take notes, and pay attention at reviews, you will do fine. She stays on track with the book, and you don't have any suprises on the tests. You will have covered everything on the tests, either in reading the required text or in class. It's a very useful class, as well. You will actually catch yourself using things you learned in this class every day!
