Mrs. Steelman is a very good instructor, but she does not play around. Don't take her course if you want to just do some low maintenance aerobics, because this woman runs marathons, and she can exercise forever. You have to come to class though, which is why I got a B. But, if you come to her class, it's an easy A. You can miss classes but you have to make them up at another aerobics class. But, basically, she's a very good teacher and the class is actually an easy A.
