Additional Comments |
I found this professor to be somewhat sarcastic. When I had him during Spring Qtr 2002, he forced us to buy a CD of him playing his French Horn (he is the professor of French Horn at UW). Think of what a french horn would sound like if you mixed it with an echo and Star Wars-like music. That is what the CD is like. I would have done much better in this class if I was able to understand the music on the CD. The thing that got me on every exam was that I was unable to identify the track number of the song being played during the exam. They ALL sound the same to me.
His exams were crudely written out on staff paper, which kind of bothered me. But overall, the class can be an easy 4.0 if you try hard enough (and have good ears).
