Brother Webber is an extremely smart individual. If you know Algebra well, this is the class for you! (However, if you do know algebra extremely well, you probably should be attending a higher math class.) What I'm trying to say is take College Algebra with Matt Webber if and only if Calculus is your forte` and you have an extra two hours a day to see a tutor. If not, you're sunk, man. You're sunk. I took notes religiously in his class, did all my homework, and studied every day for a couple of hours and flunked my tests. The average score on the test was 72% (and no, he does not grade on a curve). I'm not the only one to withdraw from his course; there have been quite a few other. Furthermore, when I told one of my other proffesors who I had for math, she asked with a concerned tone, "How's that?" When I told her he's a good guy, but hard for me to learn from she responded with a chuckle, "Yeah. I've heard he's a good teacher, if you're good at Algebra. If not, you're going to struggle." If you enjoy complete confusion, while watching other students gaze blankly around the room as your proffesor writes vigoursly on the board, completely oblivious to said confusion, take Matt Webber's course!
