This instructor never responded to any emails. I asked for help many times because I have little experience in music and this being an online course was quite difficult due to lack of communication on the instructor's part. I made a D in the course and even went to a recital at the school for extra credit. I never had this experience and I have been in school for about 3 years now.....Horrible experience and I didn't learn much about music, waste of time and money. If you plan to take a music course, I would not recommend this instructor...do your research first, wish I would have....
