Additional Comments |
Dr. Whitt was a likeable person and taught the course in an understandable manner. Her tests on the other hand were a different manner. The student's entire grade was based on four exams. Exams often focused on obscure passages and they expected students to recall useless facts which anyone not majoring in English, and this is not an English majors-only course, will care to remember in his or her professional lives. Regretfully I cannot recommend this course to any student unless he or she is majoring in English and has a passion for the subject.
