Additional Comments |
As introductory course to the education field, this was an adequate attempt to enlighten the student to the basics tenents of some of the philosophies associated with education. Petty teaches at an understandable pace and understands the course is simply an introduction and does not attempt to force certain philosophies in the course. Material sometimes can seem dry but the instructor demonstrates enthusiasm for the subject which inspires the student to propel his/herself through the quagmire into more interesting subjects.
