Dr. Silver is the MOST hated and dreaded professor of Social Work at YSU. She is cold, hard and more like an English professor than a Social Work professor. She has a little bell on her desk that she uses as if we are in kindergarten to get her class' attention. She does not fully explain what she expects of us when it comes to a paper, but demands excellence. She corrects papers with a red pen, as if pointing out that you are a complete idiot. When you ask a question about anything that you do not understand, she gives you a very short answer, leaving you hanging. She needs to retire.
