Professor grades assignments contrary to his syllabus grading scale, tells students a 5 out of 10 is C work but will fail you if you get a 50% in the class. Professor can be sick and remove points from the syllabus, but if you are in the hospital you are still expected to be in class. This man is not a fair professor
