This guy is amazing. Seriously, whether you are in the English department or not, try to take Dr. Gochberg for anything.
His lectures are hilarious, and he is really student focused. He offers students multiple ways to succeed.
I hated him the first 2 weeks of the course because I thought it was too hard and too demanding. However, once you see his first quiz you know exactly what to expect, and understand how to listen, read, and participate in his classes. I took him for 2 classes at MSU and to be quite honest, they were the 2 best courses I ever had.
